Yes, we do to certain countries like: New Zealand, Singapore, and United Kingdom (check shipping fees at checkout). Deliveries to Canada and the U.S are temporarily suspended.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours, please contact us.
Once you have the tracking id, please use our system to check it:
For some deliveries, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
We will try to group all your products into one package so you will be able to experience them in full. There are limited cases where the delivery will be split in multiple parts, but rest assured, you will be receiving all deliveries almost at the same time.
Express Post is the AusPost method to ship items faster and has nothing to do on how the orders are being dispatched from Ninja Shark warehouse. We will dispatch orders on the FIFO (first in, first out - basis) and paying for Express Post doesn't mean your order will be dispatched before all the previous orders.
But, we do still strongly recommend this option should you want the items faster, since the delivery from our warehouse to your address (once the order has been dispatched in their subsequent order) would be made Expressed by AusPost (by air).
