Refunds Policy

The Standard Warranty lasts 12 months from the date of purchase and comes as part of each individual product. It comes also by default with a 30 days return window.

The optional Lifetime Warranty covers the entire Lifetime of the product or 99 years from the date of purchase of the item. In addition, the extra Lifetime Warranty add-on increases the return window to 90 days.
Lifetime Warranty can be purchased as a separate add-on and needs to be added per purchase. All the items inside that specific order that contains the Lifetime Warranty add-on will be covered by this warranty.
You can't combine multiple orders and/or items from various orders with only 1 (one) Lifetime Warranty that has been added to a specific order.

If something doesn't fit or doesn't perform, feel free to contact us within 30 or 90 days (depending on your policy) so we can facilitate a return or exchange. Ninja Shark’s right to claim damages shall not be limited by this statement.

Important: We may not be able to accept your return for a refund if you are out of our 30 or 90-days trial period (depending on your policy), regardless of the condition of your items. We believe 30-days (90-days, depending on your policy) to be a very fair amount of time in which to try our masks and accessories and decide whether or not it works for you.

Please note that while some people have an immediate and positive response to our products, others do take time to get used to them. We suggest having faith in the breathing mechanism exercised and developed while using our masks - simply look at our reviews to see the success rates and positive feedback!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before organising the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (with the tracking number provided by you) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the returned order to be reviewed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Order Cancelation
If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed the order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment centre. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However, if you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.

Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.


Price Matching
We don’t have a price matching policy, therefore we don’t price match any products of any other brand/company or even internal past or future sale campaigns.


To return your product, you should email
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (unless already own the Lifetime Warranty) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
